Today was a busy, busy day. My nephews came to play today so that meant that I had two babies here that were the same age. Luckily they are both very good babies but I still kept really busy. They are both so cute though!
They both really love this play gym. A little later in the morning I noticed that another baby had arrived. Hmmmm……trying to get Mommy’s attention you think?
This kid loves that bouncy seat! Fisher-Price sure does make them strong!! Jacob has been a huge help the last two days. He has been giving some performances after school for the babies. They really like watching and listening to him play the guitar. He just loves the babies. The first thing he does when he gets home is get down and say hi.
So this has been our adventures! Tomorrow is another two baby day so I am getting the crock pot fired up again!

A Return to Our Routine
Today was our first day back to reality. Matt and I have not worked since the Wednesday before Christmas and the kids were off school. We really enjoyed the time but as usual it went by way to fast. We also ate way too much! Time to start eating healthy again!
Today it was back to normal, well, kinda. We have a new little guy coming to play during the day. Today was his first day. When I say little I mean LITTLE! Not even three months old yet! I was a little worried about how Jadon would react to this small creature demanding his Mommy’s time. He tends to get a little jealous whenever I hold his little cousin, Mason, who is about the same age.
Jadon actually did really good. He was very curious about the baby. There was a lot of pointing and saying “Baby”. He also sat facing the swing watching baby Riley while he enjoyed his morning tippy today. It was so funny. The biggest problem I have been having with Jadon is his fascination with the baby equipment. He likes to get in the bouncy seat and bounce. I am hoping the thing is pretty tough! He also has gotten every rattle and baby toy out of the box of toys I brought out of the attic. I am praying he does not try to get in the swing. I don’t think it can handle that!
Jadon continues to enjoy all the new toys he was very lucky to get for Christmas. Today he decided he wanted to stack the lacing beads instead of try to string them which is a challenging task for him.
I am really, really hoping that tomorrow goes as smoothly as today!
