Thought I would share my recipe for Hamburger/Corn Casserole this week.  It is a favorite in this house.  I have made it for several other family members who now insist that I notify them everytime I make it so they can come over.

Hamburger Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs of ground beef
1 sm. Onion (diced)
1 can corn
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
½ cup of bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
Add salt and pepper  as you desire.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Get water ready to boil noodles.  Brown ground beef and onion.  Drain.  In a bowl mix together the beef  along with the the corn, soups, and sour cream.  When noodles are done combine with the beef mixture.   Pour into a 13x9 inch pan.  Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs and put on top of casserole.  Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
