What We Did Yesterday And Today

Yesterday was a crazy and busy day!  I thought it would be a nice relaxing day.  Instead Jadon and John were once again wound up and wild!  It has required a lot of directing on my part.  One of the new activities we got out yesterday were play dough shape mats.  I showed them how to make "snakes" out of the play dough and then place them on top of the shape to make a shape out of the dough.  Thanks goodness for play dough!  Kept them busy, happy, and quiet for awhile!

With the help of play dough we made it to lunch.  Then it was naptime and before we knew it we were off to therapy.  As soon as we got home from therapy Mommy and Daddy changed clothes and left Jadon with his brother and sister for the night.   Matt and I went out for dinner with some friends and then went over to one of their houses to visit.  We ended up playing a new game called Uno Roboto.  It was a lot of fun. 

Shelby took a few pics of what goes on when we are not home.  Apparently Jadon decided he would watch tv from the top of the couch.....

Today was a pretty awesome Saturday!  We got to sleep in.  We watched some new movies I picked up at a DVD, Video Game, and Book resale store.  We watched Despicable Me, How To Train Your Dragon, and Weekend At Bernie's.  In between movies I cooked a whole chicken in the crockpot and the bones and water are simmering now to make broth.  I also made a crockpot of chili and some bread.  We had a nice and relaxing day.  We are now winding it down with a snack and a movie.  I love weekends!
